The location was good and it seems like they tried to make some updates but have done them poorly.
The doors from the outside, the bedroom and bath room doors wouldn't shut properly, the bed linens were motel 6 quality, there was no molding on the floor, the dryer had a knife sticking out the on button, and the terrace had all sorts of construction supplies so it was not inviting at all, and the curtain in one bedroom wouldn't open so we used close pins and the wooden ones in the other bedroom wouldn't stay open and the ceiling vents in the living room had black "stuff" hanging from it.
conveniently situated in an excellent location on Restaurant Row and close to Times Square and Subways.
Missing certain kitchen items, bathroom poorly renovated, and the fact that there is a hot-water-radiator heating system meant we had no control over the heat during a cold snap. Had to sleep 2 nights with the oven door open and broiler on. On-line description didn't mention hotel's location above a bar with live music nightly.
The location is excellent; many restaurants and bars in the area; can be noisy if you want en early night - use earplugs! The rooms are not as nice as shown in the pictures - be prepared for less luxury.
No cupboards to put your clothes/luggage - with three adults in the appartment that was a bit of a nuisance.
The apartment was situated in a great neighbourhood which had a great atmosphere and loads of good restaurants and cafes.
The entranceway to the apartmet was dirty and littered with rubbish. The furniture in the bedroom was lying in pieces against the wall and the bedroom had nowhere to hang clothes. There was no information regarding a fire escape and no noticeable fire escape on view. The coffee table in the lounge area was broken and unusable. The hotelier had someone come into the apartment to remove the broken wardrobe when we were not there and without advising us this was happening.I would not recommend this apartment to anyone but I would recommend you find somewhere else in the area as the location is great.
This is an apartment not a hotel so no staff. Was basic but clean. Not far from Times Square - good location. Busy, bustley street. Priced accordingly. We used for sleeping so did not want a fancy place.
very bad services, cleanliness and laundry
The quality of the apartment and the equipement. Holes in the ceiling. Water damage in the bathroom. Not enough cutlery. Air condition not adjustable.
The location for shows and proximity to shopping in Times and Herald Squares was perfect for the purpose of our trip. This is an apartment so no hotel services were provided but the owner gave me his cell number and provided information for cabs and communicated through text messages. It is a one bedroom but had a small kitchen and utensils and was perfect for our stay.
We had an inconvenient experience with this apartment and I have already report to Booked.net the case(624256314).
They are not professional (not to say cheating)
The location is very good - close to Times Square
The premises are in poor condition and not maintained I would not stay there again
The location : about 5 min to times square
Apart from the location it was the worst hotel experience we have ever had !!!!!!! a housekeeper was there (by chance!) but she hadn't our name on her listing so she didn't want to give us our key after half an hour , seeing that we weren't going to leave she gave us the key!!!! We didn't see anybody during our stay the shower doesn't work the restrooms get blocked !!!! a real nightmare
Excellent location and quite a large appartment. Enjoyed our stay even though the appartment can be fixed up a little.
It looked like it was fixed up by the boggie brothers. Could do with power points and toilet being fixed.
I was near central of NY.
There was not enough knives, forks, spoons, cups, glasess for four people. Noisy environment. TV did not work. Oven was broken.
We had a good night, no background humming was perceptible.
At our arrival to the hotel with ca. 150 lb of luggage the door was locked electronically. Being without code we had to phone to the agency who redirected us to the hotel next door this time with a code. This is quite an offhanded way to treat customers. With no pre-provided code there won't be a next time.
That we had a place to crash..that is about it, unfortunately.
There were many stairs to climb ( 3 flights), horrible stench in the hallways, limited towels, no soap, etc. Misleading pictures online. Would never stay there again or recommend this place to anyone.
